I am a Hull Tech and ATF is a job grouping that means Advanced Traingin Field so it depends on how long he joined for to dictate if he gets a C school which is a more advanced profficiency school within the job like Super welder or Weld Inspector....

My division ran battlestations on I believe tuesday night, and I graduated friday. Some divisions ran almost a week before graduation...it all came down to where they could get it scheduled in, but it's usually a week or so before the divisional graduation.

Connie go to http://www.navy.com/about/during/bootcamp/ and it will tell you what they do each week. Battle stations are in week 7.
