He's going to Pensacola and will be a CTT (computer related work). We live in Florida so I expect to be driving up to see him whenever he's given liberty. Can't wait!
My son also left this morning on his way to Meridian, Ms. He called his girlfriend this morning at the airport and he told her that he'll call me when he arrives in Atlanta, GA. (of course mom's come second now :)

You will find alot of great info and friendships here ;:-D Seen your post on the 4/18 PIR forum and just want to point out that ...that forum is almost a year old. It is from our PIR of 4/18/2008 - that's probably why the airfares look so good!!!
If you go to the search window and enter your PIR date - there probably is a group set up for your graduation date as well. If you have any questions, please let me know.

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
