Tends to be 11-14 days of Christmas Stand-down. People do still have to be at the school, but they will work it out on T-Track.....

My sons orders are grad A school Oct 23 return Nov 16 or 26 ( I can't remember) then he starts his next school. I know anything can and will change so I am learning to go with the flow. Christmas weddings are beautiful :)

I remember reading that someone who graduated A school in late October had to wait until the Christmas holidays for his leave. The school closes down (last year Dec 15th to Jan 5). hope this helps

They may forgo the initial leave and wait until Christmas with the days added there. Unfortunately, he may not know anything until the last possible minute. Congrats! and good luck!

I am from a Effingham, IL its not a very big town, My boyfriends name is Jason, we have been dating since October 11, 2007. He is the most amazing person i have ever meet, and I am so proud of him. He is at boot camp right now, he graduates on Jan. 2 ( i can't wait) then he will be moving to South Carolina for Nuke school!

Can't think of anything. I'll probably talk to him tomorrow. He daid they had briefings or orientation, or whatever the correct lingo is Tues. He said he'd call after that. didn't want me to mail anything yet since his address might change. Did you go to the aquarium while in Chicago? Your pics are great! Have a great time in Charleston. I'm hoping to go down in April. say hi to the boys for me!

Dan sounds good. He and a group of gys, he knows them all by last name, I know them by first name so I don't know anyone! went to Best Buy to look for laptops. He's enjoying the nicer weather. Anxious for classes to start, but knows it will get more stressful at that point. He calls every day to check on me since I've been sick with pneumonia since PIR/ Think I got sick from Dan and Ron when they were home here with me for Christmas. Oh well.
