If your best friends lives in SJ, just holler whenever you come down. There are quite a few in Santa Clara County - casual - dinner/lunch - at some restaurant - we went to the Rock Bottom Brewery. Where does your friend live in SJ? My husband and I are go to SJ every weekend - golf at SJCC.

Hi Ginger, thanks so much for the congrats on Charles' Dolphins and yes I was very excited to learn he had completed this portion of his training. Have you had any contact with Tobias of late? Charles said that they were heading back out after being in Singapore and wouldn't be able to call again for 2 months. I am wondering if he will be able to email at all, just wondering if you had heard anything from your son in the last couple of weeks. That is great that you have located another LA Mom very cool....we should all try and get together in Jan/10 for their decomissioning ceremony that would be awesome!

HI Ginger,
I missed a call from my son while they were in Singapore, I was so bummed. He said he is doing very good so that gave me some reassurance. Charles is completely clear of the Swine Flu eposide, so that is a good thing. He has earned his Dolphins so I was extremely happy to hear this news also.

I am glad that Tobias is doing well while underway, that is great.
