Dear Heidi,
How are you doing today?
My Kim still hasn't been out to see yet. She is so bored with doing odd jobs right now. No word yet when her ship pulls out. So far all she's seen was Chicago and Virginia, she's hoping to see other countries.

Kim hasn't even slept on the ship, she said it's too cold, so she's been in the barracks for sleeping.

Sounds like your son likes the Navy, I assume he re-enlisted after four years.

I aggree with you about the short cruises be much nicer rather that out to see for months. Imagine being surrouded by water for months! UGH! I'm not a water person to start with! HAHAH!

It is hard enough for us moms not seeing our children, especialy for the holidays. It must be much worse for a marriage and young children missing the parent.

Let me get going. I hope to hear from you again.
Take care and God bless.

Dear Heidi,
How are you doing? This Navy for moms is such a blessing.

I hate this new profile that we now have. The new moms have no where to write. I have to ask everyone now, if they have a son or daughter in the Navy. Trying to get conversation in these messages, but there's no infor to start it with!! UGH!

So do you have a son or a daughter in the Navy? HAHA!! See waht I mean! UGH!

The I ask, where in the NAvy are they?
This new profile is a pain in the butt.!!

Anyway, my daughter Kim is on the USS Normandy, in Viriginia. She was trained to read the radar.

I hope to hear from you again.
Take care and God bless,
Brabara

Do you have a son or daughter in the Navy? Where are they stationed? My son, Cory, just graduated from bootcamp last July and is now in Virginia. So far he really likes what he's doing....and of course, I'm OH SO PROUD!!
