Good Morning, Janice (Lee)mom
My son is email me this morning and he has been talking to your son, and he told me that after talkiing to your son, he will be returning back to church. Lord I thank God and your son and you.Because prayers do work.
Anyway, you take care and God Bless Victoria (US Army with an Navy baby)
Hey, Janice! I'm your neighbor over in Arlington, Texas and thought I'd say "hi". (I don't think we have met before but I talk to so many ladies on here, it's hard to keep up!) Please tell me where your Italian restaurant is and I'll try to pop by the next time I'm over in Dallas.
Also, wanted to let you know that I am a TEXAS REALTOR, just in case you know of anyone who might need to buy or sell a house in this D/FW area of Texas (or if you know anyone who might need to sell a house!).
THANKS!
Shoot me a message sometime at ftwerthgal@aol.com and put "navy mom in Dallas" in the subject line, OK?
My Navy boy goes "overseas" on a mission the day after Thanksgiving but fortunately he's not going to Iraq or Afghanistan (I thank God for that).
Hi Janice, I was reading thru some discussions and found your profile. I was looking for local families to contact. I live in Lewisville, TX. It looks like your son has been in for awhile, my son leaves for GL on Nov 24. Hope your son is doing well and hope to talk with you sometime.
I am so glad you liked the books and pictures. I hope your son and my will meet. They dont have far to look on the boat. lol Maybe they will become friends. Kyle is a very nice person. He is just alittle bit down this cruise. On November 19th it will be one year anniversay of his 5 years old son(our grandson) passing. I hope his friends will help him through the day. He took it so hard last year. Well you and your family take care and hope to talk to you soon.
Debbie
We're doing alright. The kids have PT today with their Recruiters. I love the fact that they're doing that BEFORE they actually go in, so that the kids are ready for BC when they go in. Matthew (my hubby) says that if they'd done that for him before he went into the Army, he'd have likely done a lot better at the beginning of his training. BTW, he graduated from Turner in 1983.
The days are getting shorter...at least, that's how I feel. It's an odd combination of feelings: Proud and Nervous at the same time.
