When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Joining the USNavy was the best decision Jeff made, after graduation.
He had participated in Habitat for Humanity, and it didn't surprise me when he said he was going to be a Seabee! CONGRATULATIONS, BUC - I'm so proud of you!!
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Thank you, you are too kind. We'll all muddle threw this, as you have. And I now know who to hook up with for the floral arrangements, thanks! The wedding plans will help get Heather through this. Thanks again!

Hi jean thanks for the welcome. I've never felt so much pride beeming from so many people in one place. It makes me happy, you ladies really go the extra mile to make other people feel great. I could only imagine how your own sons/daughters feel. (In your case your son). 17 years and you sound still like a proud mother watching her son go to BOOT CAMP for the first time. I have a supportive family but have found that they don't support me the way I would like to be. Is that wrong to feel that way. I'm not trying to be selfish. Im a young man and very into technology. So I setup a facebook website, a myspace, I have email, plus I provided my family with my address here in Iraq and setup a phone number on Skype that THEY can call. However I've received one letter from mom and nobody calls the number just to say HI WE MISS YOU! This website in 2 days has made me feel more cared for than my family has this whole deployment. Thank you. I'm not sure why I ranted to you about all that. Except that I think you compelled me after I read your letter to your son about the Chiefs exam. I'm a strong person and have found alot of comfort in my future wife. She's been my solid rock throughout this entire endeavor and so I've learned to love her greater and greater with each day she stays by my side. I'm happy to find that in her. Well thanks for listening and sorry I put so much out there.

Hi Jean, Marc and I want to thank you and Jeff, for the offer of a place to stay, while he was on the road. He was too anxious to get home to stay anywhere, all he did was spend the night at my brother's, and then headed home! Thanks again!

Yea! I would love to chat. I had absolutely no idea this was so hard. I'm just counting off the days until graduation. When did your son complete bootcamp?

Okay, I'm back Jean, please you have to tell me what exactly are Patriot Riders are. Is that you and hubby with your bike in the photo? Wow, that is sooo HOT!! I was just telling my son I want a bike for my half birthday this year. Since it's actually in Feb and its MI no need to try and kill myself.
