Thanks to everybody for the info on getting boxes and mailing packages. I was just signing on here to ask and see you are already way ahead of me.
So, has everybody recovered? I'm still tired. It's hard to sleep at night because my brain just keeps going over and over our wonderful weekend. I love everybody's new badge pictures.

This morning we met David for Mass at the Chapel on base. What a beautiful and touching experience. Aside from PIR it has been the highlight of my trip.
Tina, David will be heading to Groton. I think he leaves Wednesday.

Dave is home he is not 100% better we have alot to do and take care of this week. He could have had a medical waver at meps. We see his reuiter on Tuesday. I will keep you posted. Thank you for being here for me and for all you support.

- Julie just got a call from dave!!! he stil has one more chance on Tuesday and he can do battle stations on Wed. I asked him about your son ad he know him and has been helping him out with his test. I know he can do this He will call me on Tuesday.

On Weds we received 3 letters all at once. And Peter said that he is now getting lots of mail so I think there is a lapse as things get settled. Your son is one week behind right? I'd think by next week you'll start getting more. And from what I've read, I'd think you'll probably be getting a call next Saturday, lol. I jumped off the couch when the phone said, "Pay Phone" b/c of what I've read on Navy moms. I knew it was him.

- Received the grad packet in the mail today. Graduation set for May 15th and Peter will be carrying the Texas flag. He called yesterday and sounded great. Have you heard from your son?

Mary said… - Julie, My husband was on crutches with a broken foot at the time of our daughters graduation. We had a handicap parking pass from Michigan. It worked fine. After you go thru the inspection where you line up and dogs go by your car, they direct you straight to the graduation hall. It saved alot of walking, and they parked you right behind the graduation hall.
