About me:
Hi, I am 19 and have been married to my sailor for a little over a year now. We are currently stationed in Maryland for the next two years. I am working full time as a nanny and going to college full time to be come an elementary teacher. Cory is working hard and just got promoted this month!

Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

WOO for all As! As of now the wedding date is set for June 18, 2011 after I graduate my undergrad. I might change that to June 24, 2011 for a Friday night wedding instead of Saturday so it's cheaper. IDK I will have to talk that over with the parentals! I will def have to look into visiting! maybe a spring break trip or something ;) let me know if you are ever in Chicago!!! What all are you gonna do in DC?

Oh YAY! I am glad you were able to get into classes! What classes are you taking? DC would be awesome...I have never been there. I have been ok. I went home from school this past weekend to camp and see family. It was fun and I got some good home cooked food! Other than that just stressing over school. I don't know when I will see Luke again. He got over to Italy last Tuesday. I am hoping to get to go over there next summer but I am sure he will take leave before then.

Hey! Yes I am back! I had a fabulous time. HE PROPOSED!!!! the picture that I have up now is right after the proposal. He did it AT THE GRADUATION!!! like it was a part of the ceremony. He talked to the CO and the class to see if they minded that he was going to take time at the end and do it and none of them cared so he got called up in front of everybody...and so did I....and he got down on one knee and everything! How is everything with you?

Well your man will be makin nice E4 $$ now and maybe you will be able to take some classes even if they are online or thru community college! That was my mom's only rule about if he can propose or not...he can't let me drop outta school. and we have to wait until im done for us to get married cuz she wont pay for a wedding AND school haha.

I am all right....plans of an engagement are in the works!! :) I just moved back to the residence hall that I am an RA in during the school year and am getting back in school mode! Where are you working at? anywhere exciting? Luke will also be an E4 next month! And after he takes the exam he leaves for Italy....:(.....for THREE YEARS :(((( I am not happy about that since I still have 2 years of school left. But maybe I will get a year in Italy after I graduate ;)! Glad to hear you are doing good! Stop being such a stranger!

haha so basically the same thing as Luke...they SHOULD get to go do it but cant because they are not E4....Jacksonville would probably be awesome. It would also be good for you since if he is gonna be gone you will be closer to your fam rather than across the country!! Now they are telling luke that he cant do APT until he has "field experience" so even making E4 wont get him into it...ahhh well...he will get to do it eventually!

well after his Aviation Medical Tech school he might go on to Aviation Physiology which would keep him in Pensacola. Technically he is supposed to be an E4 to go onto that school but his grades have been great and he is testing in september for that anyways so they are gonna talk to the people for him. I wouldn't mind him stayin in FL...a few lil vacations from school down there would be quite nice!
