Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have been on vacation with limited email access. My daugther was is RCU for a few weeks and is now back in FIT. She ran twice this week and is slower now than the first time she failed! She was 15 seconds slow on tuesday and 20 on thursday. She is very discouraged. I do not know if they have a limit to how long they let you try. Purple Pig is a good person to ask. She works at the base and answered alot of my questions at the beginning when Christina first got sent to FIT. I think it has alot to do with if you are still trying and have a good attitude. I hope my daughter still fits in that category!! Please keep me updated and I will do the same.

It is!! I live very close to the border though. I'm flying out of Nashville in the morning! When are you leaving? I bet your girls are tooo excited!

Thanks Marla for taking care of me. I'm sure I'll be fine. Just nervous... I have flown into DFW many times and Baltimore and Omaha and Kansas City and Houston and Midland so, its just a matter of not being to shy to ask. I may seem very outgoing... but I'm really shy at heart! LOL I've never rented a car before always had someone come fetch me.... and I've been told I drive like a crazy woman too! Comes from being the only female in a household of Four males! LOL I'm praying for our guys during BS, I hope that it will be the best and most fun of their experience in boot. Ben has been told that he acts like it is summer camp LOL

Do you think I could talk the nearest employee to drive me outta there!!!!! HELP ME! I'm going crazy! Oh yes that sounds perfect for packing except mine at this point needs to be a bottle of tequil and not a juice box! LOL Faith has the Dora Luggage but has since told "Gram" (thats me) that she is now old enough for Hanna Montana! I don't know! I am the original dumb trailor trash blonde here... the budget rental may not be right there when I step off the plane OMG!!!!!! Really freaking out.... Shuttle????

Hi Marla... Don't know why I was calling your hubby Nathan, sorry about that! I will be flying into O'Hare on American Airlines #2350 arrival 3:20pm my new hotel is Holiday Inn Chicago Oakbrook it is in Oakbrook Terrace and I've got Budget car rental and I'm freakin out cause it's starting to scare me about that HUGE airport and HUGE city!!!! I just told Eileen the same thing you women may have to come SAVE ME! LOL Thats great about Ben and the gas chamber! Yea I can just see Ben and all that snot! ~can anyone say visual~! Oh yea! LOL I was the purchasing agent for the local PD here and I used to be in charge of the Pepper Spray training, each officer has to actually be sprayed with the stuff .... OMGoodness! My husband was the worst, he has been a peace officer for 29 years and K9 for the past 16... hope he retires soon now that the house is empty! LOL But anyway Ben and Howie have the worst allergies so I was kinda worried about Ben doing okay! Can't wait to see you and those lovelies! I'm gonna miss Faith my 4 year old granddaughter. Ben absolutely adores the little monster, in fact she is Ben in feminine form. Faith is missing her Uncle Ben =0( EXCITED!!!!!!

Hey, so exciting to get that call, Hi Mom, I'm a sailor. So glad that time is near for you. We have wish your new Sailor the best, blessings and happiness. You will love the communication once out of bc. YEA!!!! We miss you sharng with us in the group and all wanted to support you. Have a blessed evening, a safe trip to PIR and a great reunion with your new young man/sailor.

Marla - Let me know if you get "the" call. It is 1:30 in CA - If BS was yesterday - hopefully you will be getting a call soon. I am not sure if Aaron will call here or his gf first. I am home today. Good Luck will keep my fingers crossed for all of us! ;-)
