LaWhite: The Dep training actually starts at 9 AM. I'll be there about 9 with a couple of other moms. I started the event for the moms at 10....didn't think they all wanted to sit around and watch the DEPs excercise! At 10 - 10:30 we can start getting the food together. So 9 or 10, which ever works best for you!

La White: Hello and welcome to Navy for Moms. This is a terrific site for support and information! I'm SOOO glad to see you signed up for the picnic on April 4th. Can't wait to meet you. My son graduated from bootcamp last July and is now stationed in Little Creek, Virginia. He likes where he is and he loves what he's doing....getting through bootcamp was the hardest part....after that you can talk to them pretty regularly. There is an Ariz. Moms group, lots of support there, if you care to join. I'll see you in a few weeks!

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

Please let me know if you have any questions I can help you with.
