- The Tinker Mom's group is small and not very active. You should click on the "chat" tab and join in the "conversation". I've learned alot about the Navy from those Mom's with experience. Alana will not be going thru much of what is discussed (as in BC at GL), but I've begun to understand some the rates (jobs) which are very diverse. I sometimes just read the chat and occasionally chime in - will be looking for you on the chat!!

- Laurilyn, did you have sailors over for T-day from Tinker? I told my daughter that if she didn't have a place to celebrate the day that you were kind enough to extend an offer (I was not home, in Edmond, for the holiday). Alana is Navy Med and is a med student at OU. One of the Annapolis grads in her med school class asked her to join them for a T-day dinner in Bethany. Just wanted to let you know that she and I appreciated the offer by you and your family. Hope you had a nice day.

I've had a lot going on in addition to Philip getting ready to leave next week and his party coming up Saturday. Thank you so much for you offer to help out! I will still probably order candles but now they will be Christmas gifts. Thank you so much again for your kindness and willingness to help!!
