This to me is not okay, I don't understerd why the girl was discharged. I can't wait to be able to talk with my daughter about all of this, so that if she is sexually assaulted or anything like that, she will knock the guy out LOL!

I have to say that things like that did happen in the past, but with all the Sexual Harrassment training and Ethics training today's sailors go through, the instances you posted don't happen as often as when we were in the Navy. I retired in 2006 ...
