- About me:
- I live in Port Charlotte, Florida, and I am married to a wonderful man and have two beautiful children; a 19-year-old sailor who is currently attending 'C' school in Whidbey Island, Washington, and a soon-to-be five-year-old daughter who is keeping her father and I young.

- When I heard “Navy,” I:
- Was proud and encouraged it
- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- to be as supportive as I possibly can by listening to my son when he talks, expecially if he is feeling homesick or feels down about something. I try to maintain steady contact with him, even if I don't from him as often. Sometimes I will send him a brief e-mail just to tell him that I am thinking about him, and that I love him and am very proud of him.
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
