There have been a lot of new photos posted on the main Reagan web site, many from the recent Burial at Sea ceremony. Go to the main page, click on Gallery at the top menu bar, then select June. My daugter is in about 7 pictures!! Hope you all find...

Hey Lisa,
I recently joined Navy for Mom's and I've been looking at the groups. It's so nice to know that there are other moms close to home that are in the same situation as myself. I live in Bonner Springs, KS, not but a hop, skip and a jump from OP. My daughter Kasie is stationed in Norfok, VA on the USS Kearsarge. She has not been deployed yet. The ship just came back in this past January.
What does your daughter do? From what I can understand, your daughter is out on deployment right now. Where is she stationed?

Thats good, maybe the info they're both getting right now is actually accurate. Of course it could all change but if all things go according to plan I'm sure it will happen around then. The Tiger Cruise sounds like it would be fun! You have a good evening as well and a happy Monday!

So my husband emailed back and as far as he knows (as of right now, things could change) the Tiger Cruise will be in the beginning of October, he said (Oct. 3rd). And I think it costs a little bit of money, before they all deployed he was telling me that the reason they charge to do the Tiger Cruise is because they bring on a lot of extra food and goodies for the people coming onto the ship. When I get more info I'll be sure to let you know!

Hi Lisa! Thanks for the info about Facebook. However, I'm not having any success finding the USS RR Group on Facebook. Is there another name for the group besides "USS Ronald Reagan Family"? BTW, you have a lovely daughter!

I'm so glad that you have heard from Holly! Ya, I've been emailing my husband. He has a lot of down time right now because they moved him up to the flight deck, he is excited to be working up there and he is able to email me a lot and because of that I'm doing awesome. I've been talking to him about the site and that because he is able to email so much I asked him to update me on how the entire ship is doing and everything so I can come on here and let you guys all know everything is fine :0) I also asked about the Tiger Cruise because I think you asked about it right?? I know someone did, so hopefully he can find things out for us! If you have any other questions just let me know and I'll email him and he'll do his best to get the info.

Lisa hi call the usps number again-the information you got is not true-maybe you will get another operator-tell them you want the military package they just ask for your address and then ship them right out...I have already used several of the boxes when mailing stuff to my son in A school at Great Lakes..

hi lisa my name is judy i live in edwardsville kansas i was very excited to find someone so close to where i live.my son is a sailor in virginia he became a sailor last year.and is very happy.he went to bootcamp ,graduated .got married,went to europe all within a year.hes had alot on his plate but like i said he loves the navy...have a wonderful evening.
