Dear DeeDee,
By the time Logan is in Boot Camp, you'll be a pro at this!! HAAH!!
I heard that from an Admirel, when I was in a parade with the Navy for moms, about changing the jobs, if the Sailor is not happy. That was great to know.,

Kim was trained to read the radar. With her ship docked until probably August, she's doing odd jobs. Kim did say though she's also learning different jobs as well, and being briefed on what she has learned. That's good!!
This week she had kitchen duty!! UGH! Oh well, what are you going to do!! HAHA!

I am so thankful she did make friends. These past holidays were our first missed without Kim. But her and her friends hung out together and went to a restaurant for the holidays.

Let me get going.
Take care and God bless,
Barbara

Dear Dee Dee,
How are you doing thoday? This Navy for moms is such a blessing.

The Navy is a great choice. I'm trying to get my son interested as well. It would be great for him. I keep asking my daughter Kim, the Sailor to talk to her brother about enlisting. Kim loves it so far.

You wrote that Logan is still in High School. Does he have a date scheduled for Boot Camp, or is he still just concidering it.?

What I like about the Navy, if after two years, the Sailor isn't happy about their job, they can request to go back for another job training.

Also, if the Sailor doesn't want to re-enlist after their four years, they still benefit. With Navy training and experince, they should not have a poroblem finding employment.

I hope to hear from you again.
Take care and God bless.
