When I heard “Navy,” I:
Needed to learn more about it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
You just gotta let go and be proud! Being strong is overrated......it is what it is and everyone handles it differently - no way is the "right" way. Just show your Navy guy or gal your support and unconditional love.....the rest is up to them.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Hello Love my G,
I saw your posting on BC Mom's.
I have a question if you don't mind is the Visitor Center on Base?
Also do they have anything that has to be done if you have any special needs?
Thank You
Ang

Hi Carla,
I have been reading the comments almost every day but just havent written.
Sam is doing great, is Section Leader, made marksman ribbon. He hasnt been sick and like every other recruit is anxious for graduation. His phone calls(one we got in Sedona on July 4) are wonderful. He is thriving there and is ready to get to pre-buds so he can get back to working out every day. How is G? Hope we can see everyone on Friday. We will try to get to the get-together Thursday night.

Yep, those german shepherds are very intuitive. We have a male who is very gentle and submissive (everyone says they're so mean). And then we have his daughter, who is very loving but verrryyyyyy high spirited. We think she'd make a great K-9 but instead we have to work very diligently with her because we're keeping her here at home. My husband's a cop so he works with her.
