Thanks for the note. Internet really helps when your kids are away!

I've been on the road and not checking my mail as often as I should! Devin called me last night and told he met you - said "Mom, I met one of your N4M friends today!" I said you met Scott's mom didn't you, and he just laughed, he said he should have known he couldn't surprise me! I'm glad you're having a good time and I'm sure Scott was thrilled to be able to show off his Mom! I could have gotten that frame for you, they have a bunch at the CB here. My Mom also got me a beautiful one at of all placed the post office this Christmas! It's the "Military Mom's Prayer" frame. I'll have to write down what it says, maybe I can take a picture of it, it's very moving. Needless to say it has a prominent spot on our living room wall! Can't wait to see your pictures and hear all about your trip! Travel safe!

I think he's coming here because it's cheaper! LOL - I paid airfare and he knows I'll keep him fed well! Now my older son is boohooing that he wants to come home too, told him he and his wife are welcome to come but they need to get themselves here, I'm still paying off my part of their wedding! LOL

Hi Sue! I'll forward that pic to you, my e-mail is sapurv@aol.com so you don't think it's spam! That's great that you're heading up to VA! Devin is flying in for the 4th of July weekend, our grandson turns 3 on the 4th and of course he has to have a special party with Uncle Dev coming home! I'm hoping to take a trip up to VA in Sept.

Hi Sue - I belong to Sailors in A School and noticed your son graduated already and you attended the ceremony. What time was it done? I'm trying to get a flight back that day and I don't want to cut myself short but I also understand the ceremony itself isn't very long. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Sue... Tell Scott congrats on C school. Jerm did not get to pick C school, they only had two to choose from when he picked and one was dental tech. He had a good GPA but not that good. But he is looking forward to Italy. He flys home tomarrow, we think for 14 days before going overseas. I was so sorry to hear about your Dad. I am glad Scott got to come home, as I know it was hard on the whole family. But tell Scott his Grandpa is always watching, and he would be so proud of him. Good to hear from you.

Nice to see your son go to a "C" School for surgery tech. My son graduates this Friday from Corpsman "C" School in Virginia for Optician Tech. He will be home shortly on leave before being deployed to Japan at a Naval Air Facility Clinic for at least the next three years.

Our sons were fortunate to have received the opportunity to attend "C" Schools and receive specialized training that will provide valuable, marketable skills.

Hi Sue.. I am sorry to hear about you Dad. It was probaby nice to have Scott home, just not under the circumstances. And yes Jeremy is very excited about Italy. When it came time to pick orders there were only two C schools and Jerm picked 3rd, so he decided to go with some thing new and exciting. Grad date is still April 10th as far as I know. Jerm is finishing up his clinicals and is loving it. He said he chose the right field to be in. He is doing clinicals at the hospital and he said he is learning so much. He will be in Italy for 2 years and has been told he will get to come home before going for 21 days. Don't know if that is correct or not but I can only hope. When will Scott get to pick his orders??? Alot of the guys who picked orders with Jerm found out today they will do FMTB before going to there duty station.. So we are hoping Jerms orders stay the way they are. Keep in touch.
