Encouraged him/her
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
I no longer had any control over my daughters life. She was in control of her own destiny. I pray for her daily and trust in the Lord to watch over her and keep her safe.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:

Hi Mickie! How are you doing? I got to talk to Heather 3 times on the phone today! I hope she gets to leave for A School this week so we can talk everyday! I miss her so much, but she did such a good job in BC and is going to be an awesome Sailor. I feel good about everything! Talk to you soon! Denise

Hi Mickie:

What A school will your sailor be attending? Ernie will be in OS and he is staying there in Great Lakes for the next 14-16 weeks.
I will be putting many pictures of the PIR and the sailors on this site in the days to come.
Glad your "one of us now".

Dear Mickie:
Welcome to N4M’s!
My name is Catherine the Admin and I want to thank you for joining us! To help you know the “Do’s and Don’ts” for the community- I wrote up a quick little ditty for you to read. So click here and read them (pretty please with a cherry on top because the rules are enforced)! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns afterwards- please don’t hesitate to contact me.
So, enjoy your time here and I'm looking forward (along with the community) to reading more about you. :D
Sincerely, Catherine
