Pam,
My son is also on the Ronald Reagan. He's crankin in the galley right now, but usually he's in the hangar bay or deck. He said it's hotter than he's ever known it. He's looking forward to seeing land soon.

Pam, Maybe the system was down when you tried to gain access. I would just go back into the family and friend site and try to click on change or update account or one of those prompts. That should help you. I know they do send emails a few times a year to update and change your password. Most people disregard these messages and you really shouldn't. That's what keeps your account active. Let me know how you do?

Hi Pam, Go to CVN76 then go to family service and that should take you to name and pass word. If that doesn't work I will PM you my cell number to call me and I can walk you though it.

Thanks Pam! We had a really good time out there as always. It is soooo nice out there. Tim is taking leave also around the same time that your son is too. I guess they had 2 leave options, but I think the dates may have changed slightly because of underways schedule changing a bit. Your son has probably already told you that anyway. I hope they find out soon because my older son always tries to take leave when his brother comes home. Right now he has the flexibility as his ship is still in dry dock.
