Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Patience. Waiting for those all important letters from boot camp, then the emails from deployment. Also learned to lean on God and trust in Him to keep my son safe.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Mom has some laundry she's doing, I still need to shower so I'm guessing around 1 pm.

Rick took some of the left over stuffing and mashed potatoes and made this breakfast meal that Rachel Ray suggested yesterday on TV. It was pretty good. I asked mom is she was going to miss Rick's Grill when she leaves and she said she was.

Nick just called. He slept from 5:30 pm yesterday to 6:30 this morning - said it felt great.
