I just read online that a cruiser was moved out of San Diego due to threat of tsunami. Would that be the Lincoln? (Don't know the difference between a cruiser and carrier! )

SunshineDaydream, boot camp is the worst part, really. I think not being able to hear from them is torture. Once he can write you will feel better! Then when they are out of boot camp and can call regularly it helps.
It is my first experience too. Do you guys think it is normal to be extremely emotional? :) I have seen this entire military thing so differently now that my child is involved.
