Thank you for your kind words about my daughter. It's nice to hear that how I raised her is appreciated. If Trenton and Lauren are friends I know he must be a wonderful kid also. I trust her judgement of friends.

Hi Phyliss it has been a long time I Just wanted to say hi.. And see how eveything is going.. I have had some ups and downs these past couple weeks.. but all and all boot camp has just flown by and Anthony is graduating the first this friday.... I am so exited.. Thats if he passes battlestations on Wensday that I am feeling very positive about right know.. Just wanted to thank you you were like my first friend on here and made me feel right at home.. thanks again Shirley

Hi Phyllis; How are you. Sergio is in Pensacola, FL., kind of far for me. He is very busy. He have not started school yet. But taook a three days course AWAT. I guess it is mandatory before he starts school. I sent him his laptop and cell phone. We do not talk everyday but keep in touch. How long is Trent's schooling?

Hi Phyllis. Heather is doing good. She seems to be busy, but we talk everyday. She doesn't want her TV and big stuff. If I understand her correctly, she will move to a different area of the base in the latter phase of her training. It was hard to talk to her when I was in NYC! Her birthday is Friday. It will be strange not being with her. Did you see the info that Laura put on our DIV 241 page about shipping boxes? We had already sent Heather the big stuff, but I know she will be asking for other things. Heather will be in GL until December then hopefully will get to come home. What about Trenton?

Shea ordered one with his pictures and while in the NEX I ordered one, it took about 6 weeks to get it..

How's your son doing? Shea is home until the 29, nice having him here, I'm not lookig forward to next week but atleast he'll be on the mainland ( Bangor Washington) not cloae but not that far either..

We have just started a NFM Group for Louisiana Moms yesterday. Come join us. I am from Lake Charles. My son PIR was 3/14/08. He is at A school in Great Lakes.

Phyllis, when I saw Trenton's name in "the Bulletin" I told my husband "that kid belongs to one of my Navy mom's" lol

Gosh Phyllis! Wasn't it GREAT! I was so proud of Heather. Words just can't describe it! I know how proud you are of Trenton! I was proud of him when we came into the building by the NEX and saw his name on the board as Graduating with HONORS! I am sure some people thought that was my kids name on the board the way I reacted! Yeah for all of 241! They did an awesome job! It was SO nice meeting you and your family! I know we will keep in touch! Denise

Hi Phyllis, hope you made it home safely! We are leaving GL in about an hour. I made it through dropping Daniel off last night without a breakdown and was actually able to leave him with a smile. Nevermind when I got back to the hotel! Thank you again for all your support. Did you get Trent's pictures in his dress blue uniform? They are very good and the dvd will be here in a few weeks. I can't wait to see it! I am going to put some of the GL pictures on my page when I get time. Have a lovely day!
