Welcome aboard!!

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!

Please let me know if you have any questions I can help you with.

Hi, my daughter just joined. I am ex-Aarmy, not used to the water and need lots of dramamine. This is going to be a long ride. I am a little afraid with what is going on in the Mid-East. So glad to have people to talk to who understand.
I see u dont live far from me. I only joined few days ago myself. Welcome!

Hi, Welcome to Navy for Mom’s. You will find lots of support, advice, information, and friends here!! All you have to do is read, read, read!!

I would like to invite you to join the group of moms from Texas!! We are the largest state group on this site!! (Everything is bigger in Texas - including Navy Moms)!!

Just go to the groups tab and type in Texas in the search box. The icon of the group is the state of Texas, of course!! If you can’t find that, click on my picture to the left and it will take you to my page. You can find the same icon there. Just click on it and you can join us!!

Please leave a short message about where you live and what your sailor is doing. Also, please let us know how you found Navy for Moms.

My sailor son, Derek, is a MA (Master at Arms) - He just returned from three months in Kuwait and on oil platforms in the Persian Gulf. He is now stationed in Virginia.

So, enjoy your time here and I'm looking forward (along with the community) to reading more about you. :D
Sincerely, Catherine

Hello, My son has also been in the Navy for 12 years. Seeing all the comments about getting leave from boot camp for the holidays, brings back a lot of memories. He was at sea the other times he was in a war zone but this time he will be on land. This time it's a little scarier.
