Talked to Matt this weekend he does have to leave on the 18th so I changed his ticket and saved $15.00 in the process. How great is that. Get him home 1 more day and save $. LOL.
Barbara: just an FYI - have your son check with the SDC on his ship if they are allowing alternate leave dates. My understanding is that if they are going on leave, they must leave on the 18th.
My son is an ET. PIRed 9/25. Just heard from him this morning that ATT starts tomorrow!
the flat rate box is the way to go you can get alot in them if you stuff LOL

- I recently got remarried on Oct. 12, 2008 the photo I have posted is my son Robert and me dancing at my wedding. I live in New Jersey with my new husband my 2 son's and 1 daughter and 1 step daughter. It is my youngest son that has joined the Navy and I can not be more proud of him. Rob was in th NJROTC for 4 years in high school, my daughter in currently in her 2nd year of NJROTC. I love animals and we have 4 dogs and 2 ferrets.

- Was proud and encouraged it
- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- Do not warrie about tickets/passes for PIR the Navy does their best to get everyone in that shows up for PIR we had 9, and all were able to see the PIR.
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

- Hi, I saw ur post on NJmoms. My depper leaves 10/26. We live in Jackson and my hubby's biz (i am also remarried) is in New Egypt. I joked with Kyra that wouldn't it be nice if she got stationed at Lakehurst...she didn't think so!! lol Do you think you will attend the next meet and greet in Sept. ?
