My son has been in boot camp for almost 4 weeks now. I live in Kenner. I have had little contact from him. It seems like there are a few of us in the same 'boat'.

Louisiana moms group was established 7/8/2008. We now have a place to say hello. What city are you from. What is your sailor or recuit doing? When is PIR or where is their A school. Are they deployed already? Who else is from Louisiana?
