About me:
I am a full-time working mother of 2. I have been married for 19 years. My husband comes from a long line of service men. Most did their time in the Air force. Raven my first child to leave the nest, and my emotions are running high. My youngest daughter has flirted with the idea of joining herself. I couldn't be any prouder of my childrens' choices.

Was concerned or afraid
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
That her life was no longer mine to control. Her Father and I gave her the building blocks to start on own life and new adventures. I couldn't think of a better place to start then the US Navy.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Hey Shannon. Remember me :) Just wanted to say hello and hope and pray that all is well with you. Hope to talk to you real soon. Life is going and everything is fine. BeBe is doing well. Planning on getting a divorce soon (have to tell you all the details later) :) My middle daughter decided to enlist also, she is waiting now to see if she got into Officer School. Her date to leave is 11/16...talk with you soon!!!! BJ

Hi Shannon WOW!!! Happy you contacted me. Now I really have a reason to go to Las Vegas LOL You are right they are best friends. They do everything together. My Christinq talks of her all the time. she even sent me a picture of Raven & her this week. Im glad they have each other. I plan on going to V. to greet the ship when it docks how about you ? I look forward to meeting Raven and you. Just think we are practically neighbors. We also have some thing very special in common.

Hi Shannon, How are you? How was Raven's trip home? How long was she home with you? Did you get to spend much time with her? Where is she off to next?

I can't believe I haven't seen Stephanie for six months. It hurts my heart just to say that. I have talked to her as much lately as I would like but we're working on that.
