Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?
Enlisted
When I heard “Navy,” I:
Was proud and encouraged it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
The Navy is a family of its own, to take care of & take over when your loved ones join, never be afraid, they are in good hands!
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:

USS George Washington

My son has been away for 5 months, he loves what he is doing , he loves the Navy, but he is my BFF, & I am having a dificult time, without him, I know I should be the grown up here, but how do I get through this, he is only 19, & I guess I haven't let go yet, he joined in Oct. 2008, & chose his first tour overseas, he wanted to see the world, He is experiencing something that most dream about, I am very proud, but very lost. He wont be home until April 2010. God help me!!!!
