Happy Girl, Happy Girl, I am a Happy Girl. I just the day with my sailor girl. It's amazing how much someone can grow and change in just 9 weeks. She's still my same girl, but more mature and self assured. I am SO proud of her.

still crying... my adoptive daughter has been gone from MEPS since 1:15 TODAY. 4 hours and 35 minutes - but who's counting... I have tons and tons of questions.

Hi Sparky. I am sorry to hear that your daughter is sick also. I wish her the best.

Are you from the DC area? I can not believe that we have not crossed paths on here before - I live in the DC area also. What Div is your daughter in? Maybe she and Mariel know each other? That would be nice then maybe we can meet each other when they graduate. I understand that Mariel will graduate on June 12 - do you know when your daughter will graduate? By the way, what is her name? I will write to Mariel about her.

Again, I am sorry for you and your daughter about the graduation this weekend and will say a prayer for her to get better quickly.

We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.

Please tell us about your sailor and what they have chosen to do in the navy and ohh yeah we LOVE pictures of everyone !!
