mom's so proud said… - Thank you Susie. I hope it is as good as childbirth w/o the pain. I may not get to see him till May when they go to Coronado for BUDs. I don't know why it takes that long but that's the rumor for our future class. He's going to spend Winter in GL waters. Ouch! Hope he makes it.

- Thanks- yes, she has been walking with crutches. She made a decision to stick it out and rehab for 30 days instead of a medical discharge. I am emotionally proud of her. Thanks for the inspiration!

- Hi Susie. I finally got a call from my daughter on Sunday. It was good to hear her voice and for her to tell me that she was doing ok. We talked for 20 minutes and she wanted to call a friend. She called back just to tell me she had to get off the phone and that's when the tears came :o(. I didn't think she would cry because the conversation was upbeat on both ends. But she did and of course I did too. But overall, it was a good call and I can't wait to see her. She's a Grad and Go so she'll graduate on Aug 7th then leave for A school on Aug 12th in Florida. She'll be there for 7 weeks and then she'll have two weeks of time off. The time is passing so fast....

- Yes, I will be going to PIR. I'm not sure when I'll arrived in Chicago so that will determine if I make the Meet & Greet. Which I think would be a nice thing to do. We can all share our stories in person.

- Hey Susie! Wasn't it great to hear his voice!! Kyle sounded a little tired but he said he was great! And he explained that my letter was returned for some reason so he re-sent it. It takes 5 days for mail to get from Illinios to Texas. Kyle said that their division was a week behind? Did Chris mention this to you? He also said he loved the uniforms lol go figure.
Ok maybe I am a goober but where do I find your e-mail address haha
