- Hello, I'm not a Navy mom but a Navy girlfriend...My boyfriend is a Sailor!!! He left for A school on the Sept. 2nd, and started his classes on Oct. 7th... cant wait to see him again... :)

- From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
- For my boyfriend, I believe it is giving him the ability to go out and do something for himself, responsibility and strength. And the distance is surely making our relationship stronger.
- Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
- It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

I wish David well in the USN. As a retired member and two sons serving in the military, I can say it is a wonderful experience and appreciation for the freedom that the military fights everyday to protect. God Bless!
