You should remove anything that lists your son's name on Ship 10 Division 66. You are the only one that do that. By your reply, there is a "x" that you can remove the comment with. Let's keep our boys safe!

Does any one know if our children are allowed to call home while in boot camp? Also i've been reading some blogs about the graduation ceremony is it true that only four tickets are given?

Sending Mail

My sons has only been in boot camp for two full days. His first days was November 18. Just wondering about him getting mail out to us. Once we get the address do we supply him with paper & envelopes + stamps? Or is that provided for them.

Hi Tina,
So glad you got the form letter and Steven said the RDCs are awesome. I know it is hard but it will get easier. Planning for graduation will make it all more exciting for you. We flew with Southwest as that was the best deal for us. Keep in touch!

Hi Tina!, actually, my son is HOME! YEAH! I just posted a new pic of us on my page. It is the very first one that appears. It was taken right after he walked in the door. He drove home and he arrived Wednesday around 3:00 p.m. It was a great Thanksgiving. When they are in school, sometimes they get to come home. Here is the site again. They usually update it on Mondays. I just checked it and your son's division isn't listed yet. I'll keep checking each day!

Hi Tina, I thought I left you a comment here on your page, but now I don't see it. So, we'll try again. I answered your RTC site question on the blog. Your son's recruiter should have his address by now. They usually have them 72 hours after they arrive in GL. If you are lucky, maybe he'll be in the office in the morning if he hasn't already left for the holiday break. I'd call him in the morning. It looks like your son's division will be posted for the next PIR date which should be Jan. 22nd. Let me know if you get this or have any other questions. Just hit "comment back" and you'll be on page and can respond to me.
