Victoria - forgot to tell you thank you for taking pictures of the Rifle crew. It was the first time I have seen my husband since he left on this journey. I cried as I am crying now. You may not of thought anything of taking those pictures. But you have made one wife very happy. Thank you.

I'm a bit jealous ... San Antonio is Geoffrey's hometown, and where my future in-laws still live (and I love my future MIL and FIL!!!). ;) Sorry crashing the 02 graduation didn't work out ... I almost crashed it myself! ;) (05 will be the rifle platoon in the graduation ceremony ... plus I wanted to meet a bunch of N4M moms, yet I didn't want to rain on anyone's parade...) Enjoy your time in Texas.

Emily's graduation is just 10 days away!!! :)

Thanks for the comment!! My last name is Cavitt. My son sent me a picture that had 2 women in it (on the battleship field trip) and I bet Emily was one of them. I will ask him to see. I am just counting down the days. I can not wait until Thursday the 12th!

I just heard that Emily will be coming to VB (Virginia Beach)...I live near the oceanfront and would love to have a chance to meet her. Any ideas where she will be? Which base? She is going Intel right-that would be probably at Dam Neck Annex. Anyway I know Tiffant hopes to catch up with her also!

I am glad that Emily was able to help everyone out today. We have all been waiting as I know you did at the end of the first week to hear from the class but as of now and as far as we can tell no one has had any contact ; ( . I will say it does make for a stressful day! I hope that they have not found themselves in trouble therefore privileges are already gone! Not that they have had any yet! Anyway I hope to hear something this week, maybe an email. Be safe in the air-I love my Southwest! Know a couple of pilots with them.

Oh I forgot to answer your question -- Geoffrey is also going into Intel, and will be doing stash duty in Norfolk while waiting for school. I'm hoping that after graduation, I can fly up to Newport and then road-trip with him down to Norfolk (if he has that kind of time... he should, it's not too long of a trip, I think. That's what we did to get him up to Newport, too).

Oh! Emily will be in Norfolk if she's Intel, won't she? Well then I might see her there, too! :)
