Hello Wilma. Welcome to the USS Carter Hall family.
In regards to the article, just google Boston.com. When you get to their page do a search within their page of the USS Carter Hall and when that page comes up scroll down to you see the article. It was posted Nov. 4, 2009.

My son was also in 274, got med-rolled to 275 for eye surgery...then fell from the spider wall, broke his ankle, and got med-dropped. He's still in SD on light duty while he does rehab for @ six months.

I thought you were just fooling around with the name you used and you live anywhere in the USA.

SO tell me more, I noticed you have a son. WHere is he stationed?

My daughter is in Virginia on the USS Normandy.
