Hey Fletch,
Where have you been? You are so missed! I hope all is going well for you and yours. I have been working so much. Everything hurts except my face. My job is so physical and mental. I welcome the weekend. How is your sailor? Mine is doing well now. Three of my kids have birthdays coming up. I wish I could see E on his birthday. We are going up to see his twin. She has been going through a lot. My kids will be 15, 16, and the twins will be 19. Three of them have their birthdays the same week. Better get my wallet ready.

HI there...I wanted to share the ranking answer with you as I understand it. I have had the same issues with Corys paperwork being E1 and E3. His recruiter explained to me that until he passes BC and A School hes E1...then an E3. Some of the information will describe where he is currently and others will refer to where he is expected to end up. That being said...at time I think his recruiter is an @#$...so. its the best I've got at the moment. hope it helps. Please let me know if you get anything different. Good Luck! karin

I received my son's form letter today. He is in Division 291 Ship 12. Anyone out there with someone with these particulars?

Thank You All

Thank you all for sharing. I will pray for all of you as well as for myself. I miss my son. He set me up on this website before he left. Trying to take care of me. I want this to be all he wants it to be. Happy 4th of July and a big thank you to all our men and women who serve our country.

Good News

I am glad to read posts that contain good news and people are getting in touch with their sailors. I am still waiting to hear his voice and get a letter with his address. I have decided if nothing still does not come Monday I will call his recruiter. I hope they celebrate the 4th. It is the reason they are there... for us and our country. My God bless them all both home and abroad. May He also keep all our spirits strong.

The Box - It was horrible

I received my son's "box" today. It contained papers that I either do not know how to read or says nothing I did not already know. I still do not know is unit or how to write him. Tomorrow is his birthday and I don't even know how to send him a card. When will I know something? I thought some sort of information would be in the "box". Please don't tell me to read a page on this website because I have and it does not help. I need to know things are well.
