Hi! How are you? I haven't heard from Chase is a while either. More then a couple of months which drives his Dad and I crazy not hearing his voice. Next time we do talk to him, I will ask him if he knows Anthony. He was originally in IC but had told us he was in fire training but since we haven't heard from him, we're not exactly sure what he is doing. Hope you are doing well and will let you know if I hear anything. Talk to you soon. ~Annette

My sailor is the oldest of my four sons, so though he's not the ONLY I still miss him tons. Wouldn't it be nice to have them home for weekends on occassion? :)

What a great looking guy - and he looks like he's lots of fun! What does he do in the Navy? Is he on the GW?

I'm near Lufkin.
My son is an FC, a fire controlman, (not a fireman!) But I love your pictures.
I looked up IC because it is a new rate I was not familiar with. I love history too, if you get a chance, look at the Navy History group if you like that stuff... LOL!

Hello and thank you for the friend invite. I posted a response to you on the IC group page. Thank you for joining the group. Someone else had started another IC group sometime after I started this one. The group's creator on that one is not too involved, so the group isn't very active. I see that your son is a 3rd class, so he's been thru all the schooling now. My son Billy graduated BC Aug. 29th last year and made IC3 in May. He was given 4 C-Schools in San Diego. He's just about to finish his last school and will take some leave days before going back to report to his ship a destroyer called the USS Howard also homeported in S.D. The ship is preparing to return from deployment soon, but Billy will have to spend alittle time on hold waiting for it to return.
So glad you found us and I look forward to learning about your sailor.

Hey, no problem. I guess I did sound a little glib (is that a word?) in light of her situation. It's a rollercoaster ride every day isn't it?
