- Well, I love animals, especially parrots. I am a follower of the Lord Jesus and most of my closest friends are from our church. I am blessed by more things than I can list. I have been to Haiti on missionary work 4 times, this last trip I was alone. I am grateful for fresh water! I am married, this is my third marriage, I have three boys, one from my first marriage, two from the second. I have been newly married now 6 yrs plus. I work in Manhattan and travel 3 hours to work. I love life, plants, animals and people. I am a very proud mom or a Navy officer and Helicopter Pilot!

- Since you have changed your Username so that it does not include your last name, also do the following so that your webpage address does not include your name any more: Look in the upper left hand corner under your picture and information; it says Manage My Page or Photo. Click on My Page. The next screen says My Page Settings. Go down to the Address and in the box next to “http://www.navyformoms.com/profile”, make the change to birdlady. Blessings to you and yours.

- hi birdlady, my fibro had laid lo for over a month , but with all the stress thats been going on ,it's back again.along with a few other problems.i was suppose to have some tests done in rochester,but i decided not to, it's to much right now. they've been sending me letters that i need to make an appointment . i just throw 'em away .one of my sailors is getting deployed again. he wasn't supposed to, he has shore duty ,he'll be gone for a year now. dawn will be alone till he gets back, with 3 kids, and she's on a ship. i can't go help her this time ,i can't fly anymore. things don't sound good from where i'm sitting. i'll have to wait till i talk to her again. well i gotta go for now,will write back later ,love & prayers,bev

But I also know that if a strange or unavailable number comes across my phone, more than likely it is my son. I also try to make sure that my phone is on me at all times because I too, will die if he calls and I am not there to answer. I hope that your Thanksgiving was not ruined...I really missed my son being there and eating the big meal I so enjoy cooking during the holidays.

- hi again birdlady, christmas2006 back again, how was your holiday. we went to my sisters for dinner .it was so nice to get away from home for awhile , no phone calls from crazy relitives . wow,they drive me nuts. i heard from our sailors, we called on what we thought was their holiday ,and my funny son in law said you missed it , it was yesterday,luckily my daughter heard him and took the phone and told him to take a hike, she told me i had the right day it was their thanksgiving day, her husband is always trying to mess me up on my time and days , and he succeds most of the time.we miss them so much.we found out he's gonna be deployed again just befor christmas ,and i can't go over this time to help, i can't fly because of my brain,i know my dr. won't give me a release for the medical part. so this time i'm stuck here.how are you & your family, you adjusting a little better. i find that liveing on you tube & my music i can get by. i have to bury my mind so i don't worry so much about them so much. we only here from them about once a month,i'm gonna send them another email,i wonder if they get them, we never get an answer. maybe i'll try the phone, i talked to her befor turkey day,i'll her from them at chrismas day hopefully. gotta go,love & prayers always, bev

I took his 4 yr old daughter to the movie that the theater has every year to help support the food bank. We had a great time. It was actually a beautiful, sunny day!
I'm also in my 3rd marriage. The 3rd time is the charm! We've been married 10 yrs as of Nov. 5.
