I am peace of mind now, I just viewed our daughters account and there is a lot of activity on the account, which tells me she is on the ship and not in the states and she is VERY fine to to where the activity is coming from!
Thanks for the feed back, we are going to just wait and give her a few more days to see if she e-mails us or calls us. We heard from her last weekend and all sounded fine then. I've sent her an e-mail inquiring so we will see.

We got our first e-mail from our daughter today, glad her e-mail is up and running. Of course she is realizing exactly what she needs out there, her list is long of the things she needs. So we get to go shopping for stuff.

I hope your daughter is doing better. My daughter Michelle said that there was a new girl in her berthing, so I told her to make sure she helped her out as she may need it as she adjusts to life on the ship. Michelle is an AO2 (Petty Officer 2nd class) in the Ordinance Division. She has been on the ship 4 years now and really seems to like it, even when she's complaing! Her last name is Milam. Please tell you daughter to feel free to introduce herself to her if she sees her.

We have something for everyone here groups from boot camp moms to overseas moms and moms that like to scrap book. We have meet and greets to events that the moms set up to meet each other and have dinner or an outing. There are groups to help you with each and every step of this wonderful adventure that our children have chosen called the US Navy.
