I was just in Hawaii three weeks ago for 15 days.....absolutely loved it!!! Now I can't say I liked the flying part as that is a heck of a long flight from the East Coast:) She has another 16 months left there so I'm sure I'll go back again!!!

Profile Information

About me:
I was going to join the Army after high school. My Mom worked for a Doctor who was prior Navy and said that he spoke nothing but great things about it. She was supportive with whatever choice I made, but requested that I at least talk to the Navy recruiter prior to making my final decission. I went in and liked what they had to offer, and 10.5 years later am still in the Navy.
I am here to support or represent my:
Self
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy Career?

When I heard “Navy,” I:
Needed to learn more about it
From my experience with the Navy, the most important thing I learned was:
Leadership skills.
Through this Navy experience, I now believe:
The lessons learned in the Navy could have been learned anywhere.
