"Hi everyone.My SR is in bootcamp now with a PIR of 5/31/13.He just found out that he is staying in GL for A school (14 weeks) & then onto Groton,Ct. for sub school.I miss him terribly!! Happy Mothers Day to you all!!

sorry to that your son is still waiting that stinks. My son is going to college right now and going to rehab for his knee. He is hoping to be able to go back to the Army.
Hometown recruiting is something sailors can do when they are home on leave to get leave days back.

Cate is in SA Texas. A school is going well lots and lots of studying. So far she is very happy with her choice she should have her orders soon. Cate should be home for about 10 days after A school and want to so some home town recruiting. Do you know anything how it works.

We will be there going to the ship the 6th for a family crew event and media event, then 7th for the commissioning, not sure about the 8th, and then we will go back on the 11/9 from 9-11, and possibly on the 10th.

Tina/Adams Mom/future MM said… - Hi Helene, Sorry, but its been crazy. Adam came home for labor day and got married :) so it was a little crazy getting ready. I keep telling him to call, but stubborn is his middle name, he went back with a sinus infection got siq for 4 days this week. I push him, but ???? I gave him Pauls #, I wish they could sort of "run" into each other. Maybe Adam would then feel he is "doing it on his own". THanks again, I'll keep in touch

- I read all of your emails, my heart is so saddned by what they have to go through. My son can be a real "winner" sometimes, when it comes to social skills. Just doesn't make friends very easy. I hope and pray he will call Paul. Adam is in so much pain, and when he takes the morph. then he gets a little different. I have read about this injury (left supeior pubic ramus) its in the inside of the hip in the center in the pubic bone. I have read that it is very painful.oops got to go to work
