ProudKCmom, my son also graduated on 8/21/09 and is an ET. Perhaps they know each other.
For Navy families that have a son or daughter serving as an ET or an FC in A School. This group is a place for us to continue to support our Recruits and Sailors while in A School at Great Lakes, IL. and while waiting for orders or Ship Assignments
Just got our call, too!
I hope that all receive positive "I'm a sailor" calls this morning/afternoon. I'm sure they're exhausted about now. No word yet.

Any idea about what time they will get to call. I'm going to try and dodge meetings as much as possible Monday. ;)
Any idea about what time they will get to call if their BS is overnight tonight? My son is in Ship 6 DIV 940.
I haven't heard when Battlestations is for their division either. We haven't had a phone call in quite some time. I assume that no news is good news......
I received another letter from my son yesterday. It sounds as if they are having a good time. Their Div seems to do well at all that they tackle.
