 I made SAILOR INFORMATION BOARD.

Out of colored construstion paper: light blue for water.

At the top wrote:Sailor Information Center.

Add Navy stickers, flag magnet, flags etc...

Picture of my son (Your Child)

Information like:

Boot Camp Date, Box Came Home Date, Form Letter Came In , Address of the SR, PIR Date,

phone calls home, letter writen by them, etc...

Boot Camp

My son Patrick left for Boot Camp Aug.1st.

Called home that night (Aug.1st) Saying he made it there. Box will come home with his clothes. We call in 3 weeks.

Box came home Aug.7. Clothes,cell phone, and shoes. Hope for note of some kind. No nothing. The next thing I was

waiting is a letter  from him. My son not writer. Hoping he would send something. Waiting and waiting. Aug. 10 In his own hand writing, his letter came home. PIR/ Graduation information and address. Still…

Regular mail is what I needed to know.  Thx!  I know it will be at the house at around noon.  Now I really have a reason to go check the mail. Whoot Whoot! The other carriers come late in the day 5-6pm.
