Glad Devin is done with school. I hope he gets his orders soon so he knows what the next phase in his Navy career is going to be. Hey maybe he will end up in Virginia with Chris. Wouldn't that be funny.
I am doing okay. I have my last Chemo on Wednesday, then on to radiation. Sorry to hear that your RA is still giving you a hard time. We really should meet for lunch again when you feel up to it. Just let me know!
I just wanted you to know that we are having a N4M's NJ Get Together this Sunday at 1PM at Houlihans on Rt22 in Bridgewater. I was wondering if you wanted to join us? It would be great to see you again and catch up!! Let me know!

How wonderful about the surprise visit from Devin!!! I know you were crying!! AAAHHHH!! Kim did that to me a couple of times, with surprise visits. Nothing can explain that feeling when you see your child after so long!!
I'm so happy for you! Don't feel bad, all of us complain of the same thing, their friends come first! UGH!
Those Goodbye s are never easy. You just hold on to the hug and kissing as long as you can! HAHA!
Kim likes Virginia, but she's bored. She can't wait to see other countries. In the meantime, her and the other Sailors were crossed trained for all the jobs on the ship, that's good to know!

We just went out to dinner, but it was so nice to be served, and not wash the dishes! HAHA!
This is my second time around now, without Kim for the holidays. She calls, but can't hug a phone ! UGH!
Yeah, she's still docked in Virginia. Now Kim said, maybe in Sept/ October, they may pull out. WHo knows.
Don't you love when the animals stare at you for their food. My cat lies all the time!! HAHA! My husband tells me to feed the cat. I tell him "Don't believe what Poco tells you, I did feed him"! HAHA!

Got my biopsy results yesterday and it was not good. It is breast CA. They gave me several options and it looks like I may have surgery next week. Not the news I wanted but I kind of expected it. The main thing now is to get rid of it. Because of my strong family history(mother and 2 aunts all had Breast CA) and my history of needing biopsies( I have had 4) they ask me to consider a double mastectomy. For peace of mind, I think I may go that route. All the options have negatives and positives but I think that one increases my chances and will make me feel the safest. It is going to be tough with the girls but we will have to make it work.
Hope you are feeling okay and that everyone is healthy again. I hope you had a great Mothers Day. Mine was a lot of fun!
