Graduation 11-25-09 at Great Lakes

Hey All:

Graduation will be here before we know it. I am getting very excited for my son. He is in Ship 4, USS Arleigh Burke, Division 007. We will arrive in Great Lakes on Tuesday night. I believe we are staying at Quality Inn. Looking forward to seeing my boy who has now turned into a man. I just hope the weather holds out. We will be staying up their for the rest of the week at our cousins house. It will be nice to spend Thanksgiving with that side of the family, it has been way to long.

Anyone have somebody in Ship 4 Div 007 that is graduating 11-25-09? The letter received ont he first date that stated what my sons address was was incorrect. We received a letter from him and his address has changed.

HEY ALL;

IS ANYONE OUT THERE WITH A SON OR DAUGHTER IN THAT SHIP/DIVISION? Just thought we could chat. I have a 19 year old son who joined on 9-29-09 and is a Boot Camp at Great Lakes.

Thanks so much for commenting on my blog. You should be getting his box any day I would think. I hear the contact info comes separately in a form letter. The emotional roller coaster is what is throwing me for a loop right now. But this site and women like you have been what is getting me through. I hope you find as much comfort here as I have been.
