Navy Lodge is really a great place to stay. Especially since they have kitchens in the rooms and for 2 queen size beds it was only $65 a night with no taxes. Direct phone number for reservations is 1-800-628-9466
jonny's mom.. I loved that video. Since Aaron did not get to actually PIR I like to see all of these videos and pics. It is almost like actually being able to go. He is on A school hold right now in GL..

Aaron pir'd 10/30/09 and he is now being told that he can do ATT (for FC) in January. He was told his hold for A school will be at least 3 months most likely longer.

I think this is a wonderful idea. The more cards the better if they have to stay at GL during Xmas.

Aaron is still at GL on A school hold for AECF/FC. He is on the Wisconsin.
My son Aaron is now on his "permenant" ship of the Wisconsin with 3 roomates.
Sue can you put we there too? I sure wish I could have hung out too. Well next time... Grad from A school?? lol

I am crossing my fingers and toes and eyes for Timothy. Let me know when he gets my letter. Prayers for all and happy thoughts too. Aaron is really going stir crazy being on hold. But at least he gets to go to his dad's in Texas for Xmas.
My son got Cricket. It is $40 a month and has 5 gb of upload etc. More than enough for any gamer. He said it was extremely easy to set up and use and it works really fast.
Aaron is an FC and waiting for ATT in January then hold forever i guess.
Aaron is FC and in limbo for A school. He should start ATT in January.
He said he gets leave December 18th to Jan 2nd.

I know your son is on hold at school, will he be an ET or FC when he graduates? Both are excellent rates with lots of good schooling on the front end. It was awesome, you have something to look forward to.! Did Aaron pass his run? They were all sick and tired, but they were thrilled to leave the GL.......Have a great time with your sailor, the Red Carpet is very close to base. Make sure your parents bring quarters on the way to the Red Carpet. I brought a roll of quarters and used them all on toll rolls. But we stayed about 10 minutes away at the Embassy Suites....

Tracie S.(Daniel's Mom) said… - Hi Lisa, Got a 30 second phone call from Daniel on Friday, he said that he has a setback and that he would call me when he gets to his new ship, then he can give me more information. I've been sitting here all weekend and nothing yet. I've been worrying like crazy all weekend. I can just imagine how upset Daniel is, but I hope he realizes that everything will be okay and that everything happens for a reason. He will probably have PIR at the end of the month. That's okay with me.
