PIR 03/08/2013 Ramada Meet and Greet at Ramada Waukegan

March 7, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm
ANYONE may attend...the Ramada does this for every PIR group as a courtesy, it is free. There will be many there that don’t know about N4M’s! So pass the word!The hostess will make a name tag for you . Half way through the evening she will come in and offer anyone to come up and introduce themselves. Guess who were the ones on the mic! "My son left for RTC on Jan. 8.  I received my box but have not received the form letter.  Does it usually take this long?  I want to start booking for PIR but I don't know when PIR is for him."

About me:
I am a mother of 3 and a grandma of 2. My oldest son joined the US Navy and will be leaving for basic training in Great Lakes on Jan. 7, my youngest son is in the USAF. My daughter has given me a 7 year old grandson and a 1 year old granddaughter whom I love very much. I enjoy being a grandma.
I am here to support or represent my:

Hi temartin61 - you might want to join the page "Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones).  It has all kinds of info regarding what is happening during the weeks of boot camp.  There's also videos that will show you what is happening!  Lot's of useful info.  There will also be a group formed that is for your specific PIR (graduation) date.  You won't find out the PIR date until probably a week or so into BC when they send home the first form letter. As long as you are in the Boot Camp Moms group you should be able to get all the info.    Start writing letters now to your SR and when you get the form letter you will have an address so you can mail them out.....they love to receive letters!  Good luck to you - it's a crazy ride, but so worth it in the end! :)
