Oh yeah! When everyone was talking about their sons requesting underwear, I remember Garrett asking me to get him colored underwear rather than Batman because he was growing up. I'm sure he'd love me telling that one :-)

- did you hear from Garrett yet? I heard from Ricky between 12 and 1 today. He was full of himself...very tired but excited all at the same time. I can't wait til next Friday....

- What airport is she flying into? What time does her flight arrive? I can't wait for the call in the morning. I am taking the cell phones to bed with us tonight. Hope they all do good! I am saying my prayers for them all! Take Care and see you soon.

- hey Vickie, I know. This is the last big one for our guys. We got three letters from Patrick on Wednesday. He had toncillitis. But he said he hasn't going to quit now. He was going to finish no matter what. He did real good in the gas chamber. I can't wait! It is almost over. Then we get to see how our guys turned out. Patrick said that they weighed him again and when he went into bootcamp he was 132 pounds and now he is 154. Wow! He said he had the biggest weight gain in his division. He is 6 foot so he was VERY skinny. He needed to put some pounds on. Can't wait to see you. I will see you either at the Hotel or the Meet and Greet. My flight gets in at 2:20 at Midway airport. And My sons flight gets in at 2:55. I am not bringing Patricks girlfriend. Just my oldest son and myself. My husband won't know if he can go till 2 days before we leave. Take Care, Susan

- OHHHH Yeah....tonight's the night. Can hardly believe we are at this point. I know all of our guys will do great. They have worked hard for this and now we just wait for that "I'm a sailor" call. Hooray!!! Almost time to go to GL. Love division 253!!!

I'm going to shower tonight so that I don't freak out while showering in the morning wondering if I can hear the phone. Ugh, I'm getting nervous just thinking about it. I am so excited for them and they have worked so hard for this. I'm hoping to hear from Eddie today to find out how he did in the "confidence chamber".
