My sons have always gone to the navy dentist for their checkups and any work they may need done.

How long has he been in? When did he go to bootcamp. Someone forwarded me this youtube piece on bootcamp. There are 2 parts please watch both http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qd7_yp0Hkwc. They all get full medical and dental check ups. They do any dental work that needs to be done right there. Well, according to the video anyway.

i asked my son this question a few weeks back. he is in A school right now, had the initial checkup, etc. in boot camp. He said that they flag their folders for any work,cleaning,checkup when it's needed and the doctors make the appt.s for the sailors. so, rest assured that they are on top of things as far as dental health.

The Navy also makes sure they have an annual exam and cleaning once they hit the fleet.
