Getting the job Done

Well, my son is currently on a training stay on the USS John C. Stennis. He is finally "really" doing the job he has been training to do for almost a year. He is having the time of his life. He is an AO so he is working with the jets now, and says he has a new appreciation for the men and women on the flight deck of a carrier. He hasn't been that excited since ever I don't think. He will return to Whidbey Island NAS in a couple of weeks not feeling "wet behind the ears" anymore. Go Navy!!!

How awesome!! My son leaves for boot camp on Dec 2nd and he will be an AO too!
