Stations Raise More Than $46,000 In Haiti Radiothon
Several Stations Take Part In Effort

NASHUA, N.H. -- Several stations are banding together for a radiothon Thursday to raise money for Haiti relief efforts.
WFNQ 106.3, WLKZ 104.9, WLNH 98.3, WJYY 105.5, WNHW 93.3 and WEMJ 1490AM will broadcast the daylong benefit to raise money for the American Red Cross. The radiothon will be broadcast from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Frank FM Program Director Sarah Sullivan said the station has 200,000 listeners and called on each to donate $1.
Stations raised nearly $61,000 in total.
Nassau Broadcasting is coordinating the effort in conjunction with its radio properties in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, a total of 51 radio stations.
